Project Management & Supervision

Pre and Post contract project supervision and management which includes:

  • Long & Shortlist and Select main architect / design consultant
  • Long & Shortlist and Select Supervision architect / design consultant
  • Long & Shortlist and Select Cost Consultant & financial programming
  • Long & Shortlist and Select Specialist Consultant
  • Long & Shortlist and Select Contractor
  • Long & Shortlist and Select Specialist Contractor (PS items)
  • Identify, Negotiate and finalize PC rate items, Specs, Quantities and Cost

Project Procurement Management including:

  • Fencing for Plot, Sign Board for Plot
  • Procurement – PC rate Items, Provisional Sums
  • Procurement – Long Lead Items,
  • Procurement – Spl Machineries
  • Manage procurement of FF&E and OS&E items
  • Oversee consultant for delivery of PC Rate, PS, Long/Short Lead, Spl Equipment etc

Project Management:

  • Facilitate and Oversee the Consultant and Contractor to conduct / perform the Soil Investigation Submit to consultant, Master Developer Approvals, PD Approval – Master Developer (with/without Exceptions), Zoning Approvals, Unit Survey and Upload to RERA, Infra / Utilities check and confirmation by Design Consultant
  • Review and comment Project Reporting (Periodic) – Techno/Commercial from Supervision Consultant
  • Facilitate Issue Resolution – minor
  • Highlight risks in consultations with the contractor and consultant
  • Oversee Consultant and Contractor for BCC
  • Taking Over Certificate
  • Oversee consultant for RERA 100%
