Project Management & Supervision

Pre and Post contract project supervision and management which includes:
- Long & Shortlist and Select main architect / design consultant
- Long & Shortlist and Select Supervision architect / design consultant
- Long & Shortlist and Select Cost Consultant & financial programming
- Long & Shortlist and Select Specialist Consultant
- Long & Shortlist and Select Contractor
- Long & Shortlist and Select Specialist Contractor (PS items)
- Identify, Negotiate and finalize PC rate items, Specs, Quantities and Cost
Project Procurement Management including:
- Fencing for Plot, Sign Board for Plot
- Procurement – PC rate Items, Provisional Sums
- Procurement – Long Lead Items,
- Procurement – Spl Machineries
- Manage procurement of FF&E and OS&E items
- Oversee consultant for delivery of PC Rate, PS, Long/Short Lead, Spl Equipment etc
Project Management:
- Facilitate and Oversee the Consultant and Contractor to conduct / perform the Soil Investigation Submit to consultant, Master Developer Approvals, PD Approval – Master Developer (with/without Exceptions), Zoning Approvals, Unit Survey and Upload to RERA, Infra / Utilities check and confirmation by Design Consultant
- Review and comment Project Reporting (Periodic) – Techno/Commercial from Supervision Consultant
- Facilitate Issue Resolution – minor
- Highlight risks in consultations with the contractor and consultant
- Oversee Consultant and Contractor for BCC
- Taking Over Certificate
- Oversee consultant for RERA 100%
